1. Payment Methods
NECTRA may offer payment methods such as cash on delivery, online payment, or other local payment methods depending on availability and order setup.
2. Order Confirmation
Some orders may require confirmation before preparation or dispatch. NECTRA may contact the customer to confirm payment method, delivery details, product availability, and order timing.
3. Food Product Return Policy
Because honey and hive products are food-related items, returns may not be accepted after delivery if the product has been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or stored improperly by the customer.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact NECTRA as soon as possible after delivery and provide:
- Order details.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- A description of the issue.
5. Review Process
NECTRA will review the issue and may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, refund, or another solution depending on the situation, product condition, and available stock.
6. Non-returnable Cases
Returns or refunds may not be accepted in cases such as:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Incorrect storage after delivery.
- Change of mind after receiving food products.
- Incorrect order details provided by the customer.
- Custom gift boxes or special requests after preparation.
7. Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, contact NECTRA as soon as possible. If the order has already been prepared, customized, dispatched, or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Limited Drops & Gift Boxes
Limited products, seasonal batches, corporate gifts, custom gift boxes, and special requests may have different cancellation, return, or refund conditions depending on the order.
